About Spencer Cohen

Spencer Cohen is a consultant specializing in the Chinese economy. He earned his PhD in economic geography from the University of Washington, where his research focused on land finance and local government finance in urban China. He has a MA in China Studies, also from the University of Washington, and a BA in mathematics and history from the University of Connecticut.
